Coaching Intensives are a highly catalytic and empowering context for anyone seeking more momentum and greater traction in their personal and professional goals. This is accomplished in a 3-5 day experience ranging from 9-18 hours of individually tailored coaching support. Developing Self Leadership, character qualities, key competencies and healthy capacity are all pivotal in attaining and releasing your best whether your goals are purely relational (mariage, family, friendship etc) or organizational. (leading change, developing staff, mission fulfillment,staying resilent etc) The intensive process builds on your current strengths and assets while developing a Growth Plan for healthy change.

With faith based clients, my Coaching will bring spirtual guidance and  in their life and leadership journeys. Clients need focused time with someone who brings maturity and wisdom to their personal and professional lives. Some areas of focus may include:

Beyond counseling there are other activities available during the Intensive.The remainder of the day is spent in a combination of reflection and recreation. Away from sources of stress and demands of work, our clients can begin the healing process, find renewal and acquire tools for handling the stressors of life and work. There is ample opportunity to explore your relationship with God and others and refocus on your mission. Videos and books are available to foster new strategies for personal and overall health in this individualized treatment plan. The Denver area and the Colorado Rockies offer numerous options for anyone interested in outdoor recreation.Currently our Retreat Home is being remodeled so clients will find suitable accomodations near my Parker, Colorado office.

Costs for Intensive Counseling varies according to amount of time needed to accomplish the changes you wish to make in your life and leadership. Our Intensive clients receive a discount on the usual fees for therapy. Case by case testing and assessment inventories are provided at low costs. We only serve one person or couple at a time.  

$1080 2 DAY INTENSIVE (any two weekdays) includes 9 hours of Life or Leadership coaching 

$1440 WEEKEND TUNE-UP (Friday afternoon to Sunday at noon) includes 12 hours

$2070 5 DAY PROGRAM (Monday afternoon to Friday morning) includes 18 hours
