As a professional Life and Leadership Coach I am a catalyst for personal and professional growth, relationship health and organizational wellness. I maintain a private practice in Parker, Colorado. For clients who are faith based, I integrate spiritual principles and practices which enrich my clients faith expoerience and increase their imact in their sphere of influence. 

I serve in a private practice (501c3 Orgnaization) working with a broad spectrum of clients. In addition to being a professional Life and Leadership Coach, I have worked Colorado as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1992. While counseling is unlike coaching, my clinical expertize and therapeutic experince are often a benefit to my clients. 

I am goal driven, solution-focused and take an emowering approach as a Coach. Through this approach, I provide timely support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal, relational or organizational challenges. I also integrate useful ChangedLife assignments to offer a highly-personalized program tailored to your specific Growth Plan.  

Professional Activities

For the last 29 years Dave Ragsdale has supported his clients as they pursue their life and leadership goals.

In 1999 David formed LeaderCare Inc, a 501c3 national ministry to Christian leaders. The mission of LeaderCare is to engage faith-based leaders and the organizations they serve in a transformational process designed to empower their trust building character and team building capacity, maximizing their impact in their sphere of influence. Since 2000, Dave has also served as Director of Counseling and Training for Quiet Waters Ministries, a national outreach to Christian leaders providing intensive counseling, coaching and training to pastors, missionaries and elders.

Dave has also served a number of organizations across the country promoting marriage, family, and leadership health. He provides strategic tools for key leaders to effectively manage personal and professional stress as well as team coaching which builds healthy culture and high trust relationships. 

Dave is a Certified Facilitator in Healthy Congregations, a system’s approach to effective leadership. He is also a certified trainer in the Myers Briggs Temperament Indicator. David uses these tools and other Coaching models to support leaders and their organizations in their pursuit of a healthy culture.

In 2010 Dave received training achieving a Life Coach Certificate from American Association of Christian Counselors. He has also received additional training in pursuit of certification with Coach Approach Ministries and the International Federation of Coaches.

Dave is a member in good standing with the EMDR International Association and the International Board of Christian Counselors.
